I can’t believe that I set my training goals for 2017 in November already. As it turns out, a good plan as December was quite the whirlwind!
A month of crazy work effort, followed by a festive season filled with visitors and extra activity. It was certainly manic, fun, ridiculously busy, filled with love and family and connection. And too much food and not enough training 🙂
Needless to say, I have entered January a little bit tired, not a maximum fitness and a little over peak performance weight… but feeling optimistic and connected to the universe.
So… every day is new, and a unique opportunity to get started again. January 1 is very much that kind of day! I looked back just now and the goals I set for next year. Very achievable I think, and now is the time to break them down into actions I can take each month, week and day to make them happen. I look forward to sharing in 2017!
