I don't know where my crazy passions come from. I have always loved sports and physical activity, and I have always thought it something that goes without saying: that we try and leave the world a better place than what we found it.

In some cases, I manage to bring these passions together - volunteering for the soccer club, fundraising by competing in a triathlon.

Sometimes they are run on a track by themselves. This site brings it all together. I would like to encourage you to share some of these passions - whether to take up some physical activity; or make a contribution to a cause.
